“UPSocial”, as owner of and responsible for this website, provides users with this document in order to fulfil the obligations of Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

Purpose

The “UPSocial” website aims to provide the public with information on its contribution to solving social challenges with innovations aimed at scaling their impact.

Contents

In order to keep the information published on the website up to date, its contents may be modified, corrected, deleted or added to at any time. Therefore, it is advisable to verify the validity or accuracy of this information by always referring to the texts on the website.

The owner of the website reserves the right to carry out modifications and updates to the information contained on its website or in its configuration and presentation, at any time and without prior notice.

The use of any of the functionalities of the website implies the express and full acceptance of the conditions set out herein, without prejudice to any particular conditions that may apply to some of the specific services offered through the website.

When communicating with “UPSocial”, the User must provide truthful information. Thus the User will always guarantee the authenticity of the data provided. It is the User’s responsibility to keep all information provided up to date.

Underage Users

Users who are minors must always obtain the prior consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives to use the services. The responsibility for determining the content accessed by a minor lies with the parents, guardians or legal representatives. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from accessing the website, in cases where the regulations provide for the possibility of submitting to a jurisdiction, the User and “UPSocial” agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, renouncing any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
